The Volunteers in Police Service constantly receive training and updates on their positions within the department. As a requirement for being a member of the VIPS program, you must complete the citizen's academy within one year of joining the program. 1) Child ID Training on using the computer. The below link will open up a new manual that I am working on geared at assisting people with using the child id computer. After our last meeting, I tried to put together the easiest hands on instructions that I could. It is a large file. Feel free to print it, however, I will make sure that I copy is left witht he child id computer.
